Do you agree with my friend?
My friend told me that setting the brightness on an iPhone to it’s lowest has the same effect as e-ink technology (like the Kindle has). I don’t really believe this as the light "still" is evidently on, just a bit dimmer. What do you think of her statement?

Its inaccurate. I can turn the brightness pretty far down on my laptop, but if I’m tired it still hurts my eyes a lot pretty fast. My kindle is like reading a real book. There’s no backlight *at all*. Its a wonderful thing
