Amazon Kindle
Here is the review for the Amazon Kindle. The Amazon Kindle is available on Amazon.com for 9.99 It uses the Sprint EVDO network to access data much like a cell phone without a wireless hotspot and most of all, it is free. It has 256 MB of internal storage and provides an SD memory card slot along with a USB mini slot, along with a headphone jack.

Years ago I bought a “paper white” CRT computer monitor about the time CGA monitors were almost here. The monitor has higher resolution than CGA but I kept it for maybe 6 months.
Soon we will look back on the Kindle the same way. Grayscale readers will seem so passé.
Lol, nerds are telling us that it wont replace books on the comments. if anything why does it matter? you can just go to the library and check out a book? you dont need one of these things…
HOLY (CENCORED) Thatss mad hot dogg!..hit yall up
The Kindle is not as expensive anymore. If u do buy it or look at it go through 1healthymomandbaby
I agree
is this a review for the kindle 1?
i am totally with you on that
“It’s going to be a little bit too expensive right now for people…” as apposed to what buying them? – 1:53
The initial idea of a e-reader using e-ink is a good starting point, though the majority of it’s functions are superfluous.
I want a e-reader with a small amount of memory (because I don’t read 100s of books at once)
I want to put them on from my PC and read them on it, that’s it. No wifi or keyboard.
i dont think that kindles will EVER replace books..
$359.00 for this piece of GARBAGE?
Are you fucking kidding me?
My iPhone cost me less than $200, has over 6gbs and it can open any kind of PDF, can store over 10,000 pdfs, so why would I wanna buy this garbage? Seriously?
you luive in canada haha
you’re a psycho
LMAO swampass
Your wife says you got 2″ so no sucky her nose is in your asshole like your head ……
Obviously you are EXACTLY the girly boy that has to have everythng the newest even if you take it in the shorts to get it …….
Butt then your ole lady told me you like little boys and taking it in the shorts ……..
You’re a catholic democrat aren’t you ?
My school is actually going to be one of the “test schools” for this thing. We’re going to get a few text books put on it to test this coming year…so i’m pretty sure its in the near future for lots of textbooks to be on it
Yes. I want it like Star Trek and i want it now.
But i won’t buye if it’s above 150 Euros
unless the prices won’t ever get down…
If eBooks don’t become normal life things then the heave priced you get could be full of bugs
i’m an engineer, and i like have a lot of reference sources handy….and i will by this, i already have some .pdfs and ebooks (i’ll probably buy sony’s version though). It will be so great for me to have all my sources, and engineering reference and design books right with me. Also alot of my college books came with .pdf CD’s of them attached, and i can put those in them. This, will be great for me, I can “carry” 100′s of books with me now.
so you sir, can “suck me off…”
At first When I heard of “e-book reader” I thought they were revolutionizing school text books. So instead of students having to pay 1000 dollars for physical copies, you could just use your spending fund on kindles that are half the price.
But then I was told this was for personal reading. By then I was like -headdesk- what happened to libraried!
Suck me off dudes …..
Not until the readers are SOLAR powered and less than $50 will they go big time…
Only idiot I-gotta-have-the-newest-thing chumps buy these at this price…
Whata Joke ….
this would be so excellent if it had university textbooks…
one thing he didnt mention is that the books bought on the kindle are cheaper than normal. a book on the ipod touch (idk about the phone) is still a lil expensive
I’d love to get one, but they won’t sell them in Canada yet.
ok guys i have an idea……..
1. buy an iphone or ipod touch
2. download the free kindle app
3. problem solved – you’ll be paying the same price for so much more!
I don’t think books cost 35.9 cents each man. reading about 35-50 books would justify the costs. Saves a lot of weight too. I’d like to read my military field manual (my cousin gave me) without the thirty extra pounds.
If we check the price of the kindle against the price of a book available on the kindle… and do the math… we would need to read 1000 books to justify the cost. hmmmm… interresting.
